My family and I have bought our last 4 personal vehicles and 1 company vehicle from Luther dealerships and John Brodie at Luther Collision gave me the excellent customer service I’ve come to expect from Luther businesses! He was able to get my new truck that got scratched with less than 5,000 miles fixed and 3M taped in only a few days! He and his team were very accommodating. I got 3 quotes two of which were from small shops but I knew I could trust a Luther auto shop to do the job right and their quote was competitive with the other two. I highly recommend them! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! They even cleaned my floor mats when they were done, which after this winter, desperately needed them! Keep up the great work!!!

Was quoted 4 weeks on repairs. It took 5. It would've only took 3 if a part came in on time. The part never arrived, so they fixed it another way. This would've been amazing if they did this two weeks ago to save me $500 on a car rental. Plus my alignment is still off after they said they did it.I'm in the food industry and I have no problem buying a drink or meal if there was a problem. Luther did not offer any kind of compensation.Howie was my guy here. He's super nice. It's just unfortunate that these upper issues existed.The shell of my vehicle looks fantastic though!

My Brand New Car ran into an accident and the front door and back door needed replacement the Bumper also needed some repairs.
