Was quoted for a windshield then given higher pricing after dropping my vehicle off ($1500 more). Rudy & Adam of Genesis of Minneapolis had to intervene to correct what Luther Glass did wrong.Fast forward 3 days later, may car was in for a very minor repair (2 dings and two paint chips the size of pencil erasers) Received the vehicle back with 2 different colors of paint under the hood in a huge 12"x24" swath. G of M again has intervened to correct, but so far they say the job is no better than before and will need to be redone once again.only reason for 3 stars is that I hope to get my car back without some form of retaliation.Definitely don't recommend

I just wanted to take the time to share my experience so far with Luther, My Kia Sportage got stolen and was brought here for the repair. Not only has Rachel kept me up to date on the repair but has truly took a step above with amazing customer service I was getting email on Saturdays and past 6PM on a Friday night about updates. Not only this but they ensured that the repair was done correctly and kept checking in way after I picked up my car. When I had issues with the fob not working they took care of me when the Kia Dealership didn't. I am super impressed with Luther and Rachel I will be coming back here if I need work done

5 stars so far, I will update if anything comes up.I hit a dear about 4 weeks ago with my 2025 Subaru Outback. I used google reviews to narrow down to two collision centers I wanted my car towed to, and Luther Collision and Glass in Plymouth was a preferred shop through my insurance, so I chose this shop.From day 1 the communication was outstanding, the process moved fairly quickly. I started on a Thursday morning, and by Friday morning my car was picked up, brought to their lot, and I completed a walk around and signed papers to start the inspection process. I had Rachel S. as my main contact, her communication was as frequent as I requested, always quick to respond, always kind and professional. Everyone else I encountered during this process was always friendly, professional and kind as well.Luther Collision and Glass, especially Rachel S. took wonderful care of me during a really stressful time. Getting my car back to me looking brand new in under 4 weeks is pretty good in my opinion! They also detailed the inside of the car for me, a huge bonus!
